Cryotherapy involves exposing your body or parts of the body to near-freezing temperatures created using liquid nitrogen.
This intense cooling process induces a number of beneficial physiological changes within the body and aims to promote muscle healing, improve recovery time and rehabilitation, reduce inflammation, relieve pain, support weight loss and enhance overall health.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
For whole body cryotherapy, you’ll need to wear swimwear for your appointment. We ask that on the day of your appointment, you do not apply moisturiser, oils, fake tan, make up and that you do not shave. We also ask that you don’t participate in vigorous training prior to your appointment. Please make sure any wounds are well covered.
